Our Collection in Pictures
Museums throughout the Black Country have worked in partnership to bring you a fabulous insight into some of their collections. Due to lack of display space or the sensitive nature of some objects most museums have around 80% of their objects in storage at any time.

Sandwell Museums Paintings Collection Online
Art UK is a website where oil paintings and sculpture in public ownership is published online for you to view, some are on display at Wednesbury Museum and Art Gallery or Haden Hill House while for other works its a chance to see items in storage. Scroll down the page to view the collection

Ruskin Pottery is collected all over the world and is probably our most famous and prestigious collection.

Each potential donation to our collection is looked at by our museums management team with reference to our Collections Management Policy and our Acquisitions policy, therefore we are not able to take all objects which are offered to the service.
