The VCS Funding protocol provides an agreed framework within which the Council will conduct it’s funding relationships with VCS organisations, whether through grants and contracts. The Funding Protocol sits alongside Funding Code of Practice.

To receive a grant a voluntary organisation or community group will need to be able to demonstrate that it fits these criteria.
