Right Of Way
You can apply for a right of way if you need to cross council land to get to your property, whether on foot or by vehicle. In addition to payment of an initial cost to set the agreement up, there is an annual fee payable for as long as you use the right of way. Please see our costs page for more information.
If you require a vehicular access and the access is from the highway, you may need a dropped kerb installed. Please contact Sandwell Council's Highways Department for further information.
