Muhammad is the Youth Programme Lead at the Gambian Islamic Community Centre in Smethwick. In this role, Muhammad has played a key role in supporting young people and delivering services that benefit residents across Smethwick.
He is also the founder of SibiNet Limited, a construction recruitment agency based in Smethwick. Through this work, Muhammad helps young people access career opportunities within the construction industry, promoting social mobility and empowering local talent to thrive.
In addition, Muhammad serves as a Director for Pathway Progress CIC, a community-focused organisation based in Smethwick committed to empowering individuals from deprived communities. The organisation works to break down barriers to employment, education and personal development.
Muhammad said "I'm honoured to be part of the Smethwick Partnership Board. I joined to contribute ideas and help shape a future where the voices and needs of the community truly drive local development."
