Muhammad is a member of the Smethwick Partnership Board, bringing with him a strong commitment to youth development and community empowerment.
As the Youth Programme Lead at the Gambian Islamic Community Centre, he has worked closely with young people, helping to deliver services that positively impact residents across Smethwick. He is also the founder of SibiNet Limited, a construction recruitment agency based in Smethwick, through which he supports young people in accessing meaningful career opportunities in the construction sector - championing social mobility and unlocking local talent.
Speaking about his role on the board, Muhammad said, “I joined the Smethwick Partnership Board to contribute ideas and help shape a future where the voices and needs of the community truly drive local development.”
