The survey will only ask general questions and you won’t be asked to disclose any personal information. Any feedback you give will be treated anonymously and will help us to improve our services.
Our waste contractor Serco requests that this survey is done periodically i.e. up to four times a year with 250 residents (approximately March, June, September and November).
This survey is carried out by Prevision Research who are conducting the interviews on behalf of Wavelength Insight, an independent company who are employed by a range of organisations in the UK, across a variety of sectors including transport, energy and finance. Prevision and Wavelength are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and are compliant with the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Prevision are company partners of the Market Research Society (MRS).
Residents who receive one of these calls may notice the company is calling from a 01908 number - this is because their offices are in Milton Keynes.
