From wellbeing support and health advice to crime prevention and community engagement, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved, access support, and meet the teams working in your area.
As part of this programme, our Grounds Maintenance teams will be carrying out clearance and clean-up works along walkways at Tipton Brook, as well as at the entrance of the Cracker from Sycamore Road.

Each launch event will host a series of services and partners, who will be sharing information about the services that they provide and the activities they will be leading throughout the campaign. First Aid Workshop – All Ages Welcome
Would you know what to do in an emergency? Join us for a free, hands-on First Aid Training session led by Sandwell Leisure provider Kore Wellness, where you’ll learn simple, life-saving skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
This session is open to all ages and abilities, making it a great opportunity for families, friends, and community members to come together, build confidence, and learn how to respond when it matters most. Whether you’re completely new or just want a refresher, you’ll leave feeling more prepared to help others.

Community Safe and Well Event
Join Sandwell’s Public Health Team and local partner services for a friendly and informative Safe & Well event designed to support healthier, happier lives.
This drop-in session offers practical advice on healthy living, wellbeing and stopping smoking, alongside a wide range of support services available in your local area. Residents will have the chance to speak directly with professionals covering physical and mental health, cancer awareness, family support, cost of living advice, community safety and more.

Reporting Hate Crime
