From wellbeing support and health advice to crime prevention and community engagement, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved, access support, and meet the teams working in your area.
As part of this programme, our Grounds Maintenance teams will be carrying out clearance and clean-up works along the frontage of Brookview Flats and the Murdoch Road footpath, from Wellington Street towards the canal. In addition, the Council’s Road Safety Team will be delivering a “Walk and Talk” child pedestrian safety session for nursery-aged children at Rood End Primary School.Trading Standards, Envornmental Health and Waste Officers will be visiting local businesses.

Safe Places Scheme – Community Safe Space
