If you are a Council tenant, the rent you pay covers the cost of providing your home and other services such as repairs and maintenance. Your rent is an important part of your tenancy and paying it should be a priority as it keeps you and your family in a safe and secure home. In line with your Tenancy Conditions, you should pay your rent on time and in advance to prevent you from falling into arrears

If you are having problems paying your rent or any other priority bills, please contact us as soon as possible.  Our priority is to support you to sustain your tenancy and we are here to help.
