Since June 2021 we have found the number of reported repairs have increased significantly. We apologise for any delays you may experience with having your repairs completed.
Rest assured that we are doing all that we can to complete all repairs as quickly as possible and return to normal levels of service. Thank you for your continuing patience.
You can now report a repair using your MySandwell account.
Log in or register for a MySandwell account if you don't already have one, and use our new system to report your repair. Look for the report a repair option in the menu or use the button below.
It's easy to do and you can choose an appointment time to suit you - there's no need to call the contact centre. You can report your repair and book an appointment 24 hours a day from your phone, laptop, PC or tablet.

We will continue to prioritise emergency repairs, below are examples of emergency repairs:
- No electricity
- No heating or hot water
- Burst pipe
- Front or back door not secure
- Boarding up needed of a window or door
- Leaking roof
- Toilet not working when it’s the only toilet in the house
- Blocked drain
