We provide an emergency call-out service for emergency repairs outside normal working hours.
Here's a list of emergency repairs - please do not call this number for any other types of repair:
- No electricity
- No heating or hot water
- Burst pipe
- Front or back door not secure
- Boarding up needed of a window or door
- Leaking roof
- Toilet not working when it’s the only toilet in the house
- Blocked drain
- Gas servicing

The emergency repair line is open Monday to Friday 8pm to 8am and 24 hours a day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
