Saranjit Dogra is an experienced senior healthcare leader with more than 30 years of operational and strategic experience across the NHS and independent healthcare sectors. Throughout her career, she has focused on delivering safe, high-quality services, strengthening governance and assurance, and leading complex transformation programmes, including digital innovation, workforce redesign, and service improvement.
Now retired from the health service, Saranjit brings a wealth of leadership experience, independent judgement, and a strong commitment to public service. She is passionate about supporting organisations and communities through effective governance, transparent decision-making, and a focus on sustainable, future-facing outcomes.
Saranjit has a long-standing connection to Tividale and is deeply committed to its future. Having lived in the area for many years, she understands both its strengths and its challenges and is passionate about helping to create a safer, more inclusive, and thriving community. Through her involvement on the Board, she is committed to ensuring that local voices are heard, decisions are evidence-based, and opportunities are created that benefit residents now and for generations to come.
