It is your responsibility as a tenant to keep your property and garden (if applicable) in good condition, clean, tidy and free from vermin.
If however for any reason you are struggling to maintain your property and/or garden please contact your Housing Team on 0121 368 1166 or via email: Housing_Hub@sandwell.gov.uk so that we can arrange to assist you where possible
For tenants over 60 years old, in receipt of a disability benefit and with no family or friends who can assist with the maintenance of the garden, we offer a once a year service to cut grass and/or hedges down to a reasonable level.
