To help protect you, we’ve arranged a home contents insurance scheme with Ecclesiastical for Sandwell Council tenants and leaseholders. You can also choose to arrange your own private insurance if you prefer.
Tenants contents insurance protects the contents in your home, garage or shed – such as your clothes, TV, furniture, gadgets, and garden tools. If your belongings are stolen or damaged by vandalism, water leaks, flooding, storms, or fire, you could claim on your insurance and there is no excess to pay
