Priority is given to households that have an urgent need for housing.

If a property is not suitable
You can refuse an offer.
However, think carefully before you do.
If you refuse more than three offers, your membership will be cancelled for 12 months.
How you will be told the outcome
Only the successful bidder will be contacted.
You will be informed in writing.

If you are offered a property, we will arrange a viewing before you decide.
