Three things to know about KMB:
- Company director Paul Hull joined the company as a teenager and rose up through the ranks. He is now sharing his expertise and experience with other businesspeople in the region as a Sandwell Business Ambassador. He is also a board member of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.
- KMB worked with national government to produce a video about trading with the EU. Paul Hull spoke in the video, issued by the Cabinet Office, offering practical advice to UK firms doing business with the European Union, post-Brexit.
- In 2021 KMB won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise, for excellence in international trade.

The three owners all started work directly from school at the age of sixteen with no college or university experience. They all worked their way up from teaboys to owners.
