Peer to Peer Support
The Peer to Peer programme provides a supportive framework for school leaders, under the guidance of a School Improvement Advisor, to together to drive school improvement within particular areas of focus.
Feedback from participating headteachers demonstrates that the process is highly valued for its collaborative, structured, and supportive approach. Leaders value the balance of external challenge and supportive dialogue, which has led to meaningful reflection and forward planning. Schools highlight the benefits of gaining fresh perspectives, engaging in professional dialogue, and receiving constructive feedback that promotes reflection, self-evaluation, and forward planning.
