This bespoke 6-day programme will focus on developing skills in leadership and knowledge of the avenues of support available to headteachers in the borough.
The programme will include four sessions of individual coaching for new heads, one session prior to taking up the headship position and then one each term during the first year of headship.
There will also be opportunities to visit schools and meet serving leaders from across Sandwell, as part of the programme.
