Deputy Head Teacher Network
All Deputy Head Teachers in the borough are invited to join the Sandwell LA Deputy Head Teachers network, a programme designed to provide senior leaders with time and space to think, reflect and focus on their leadership role within a primary setting.
Each meeting will include a focus on practice and pedagogy. Suggested themes include:
- Leading teaching and learning for impact
- Curriculum design
- Behaviour Management
- Improving Attendance
- Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Inclusion
- Managing Transition
All sessions will include Local and National updates and opportunities for networking with colleagues.
