Guidance on post‑16 options
We help parents understand the full range of pathways available and what support is offered in each setting.
Support during transitions
We can attend transition meetings, explain timelines and help families understand what to expect.
Involvement in careers guidance sessions
Parents are welcome to join careers appointments to support shared decision‑making.
Support with EHCP processes
We contribute to EHCP reviews and provide careers information for the Preparing for Adulthood section.
SENDIASS can support with appeals and rights.
Support if your young person is NEET
We offer one‑to‑one guidance, help with applications and ongoing support until a positive destination is secured.
Signposting to wider SEND support
We direct families to the Local Offer, travel assistance, college SEND teams and specialist services.
