The Business Change Team strives to enable services to develop, improve and deliver better outcomes for customers and employees by identifying opportunities to modernise technology, support change and deliver improvements. This involves working primarily with Housing colleagues providing insights, performance data and project management for system upgrades and improvements. Business Change act as primary link to corporate teams to provide assurance to directorates and ensure consistency across the organisation.
