Systems Team

The systems team manages the Housing management system, which is a software application that helps landlords manage their housing services effectively. The team ensures the system is available, 24hrs a day, 365 days per year providing technical support to all service users.

Performance & Quality team

To make sure we’re delivering quality services; the council collects and publishes lots of information about how we’re performing. The performance & Quality team provide a support service to the Place directorate. The team act as lead contacts to the corporate performance team, responsible for ensuring performance measures are reported accurately and on time.

Here are some of the services provided by the team: -

  • Co-ordination and production of all Strategic and Operational performance measures for the Place directorate, which covers: -
    • Housing
    • Borough Economy
    • Regeneration and Growth
  • Provision of validation and data integrity services, providing independent verification & assurance
  • Development of dashboards and publication of insights to support operational decisions
