Stage 2 work
The team are currently consolidating what we have learnt through Stage 1 into a spatial vision for Sandwell, alongside a set of borough-wide principles for new development.
We will be working closely with Council officers, the Community Design Panel and wider stakeholders to refine the vision.
We would really like to hear from local residents and stakeholders on what you think about the early work on the vision and direction of the Design Code.
