| Summary of services | Phoenix House is a Supported Accommodation for people with mental health needs. We have a team of highly trained and friendly staff 24 hours each day, 7 days each week. We provide support in areas such as: Accessing local, community organizations/agencies Accessing health, social care or other services within the sector Developing domestic/life skills Developing social skills and establishing social contacts and activities Move-on services/help with finding other suitable accommodation Establishing personal safety and security Building and maintaining Community Networks Gaining access to education or training facilities Help with budgeting and accessing help with benefit claims Support to access voluntary or paid employment Gaining skills for shopping, errand running etc. Signposting to culture specific social, health/treatment services Setting up and maintaining a home or tenancy Maintaining satisfactory standard of health and well being, including supervision of medication Accessing culture-specific liaison and advocacy support services Accessing culture-specific counselling/emotional support Low level emotional support and counselling Building and maintaining social networks Maintaining a tenancy. |
