Around 35 independent counsellors and psychotherapists work at the Centre, which is open seven days a week, daytime and evenings. A variety of therapeutic approaches are offered, including cognitive behavioural therapy. We also support businesses with employee counselling, management consultancy and post-trauma support.

The Centre adheres to the code of ethics and practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
