The new housing development, completed under the Council House New Build Programme, delivered a total of 20 new council homes for affordable rent being a mix of houses and bungalows and was funded by Sandwell Council.

The design and project management was undertaken by the Sandwell Council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction was delivered by J Harper & Sons Limited and is now complete.

The properties are now being managed by Sandwell Council and let in line with the housing allocations policy. Properties are let at an affordable rent by the Council and advertised through Choice Based Lettings approximately 6-8 weeks before they are completed.
