Our registered office and operational base is Office 403s, Biz Hub Castle Mill, Burnt Tree, Tipton, England, DY4 7UF All care is delivered in the service user's own home across the following areas: • Sandwell (primary area, including Tipton, West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Wednesbury, Rowley Regis) We do not operate a residential or day care facility. All our services are delivered in the community, in the homes of the people we support.

When are the services run?
• Care visits: available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily • Emergency and short-notice packages: available on request • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM • Out-of-hours contact available for existing clients and urgent referrals

JK Healthcare Services Ltd is a CQC-registered domiciliary homecare agency. Our remit is to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care that enables adults to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. We work with individuals, families, local authority social care teams, NHS discharge coordinators, and GP practices to arrange and deliver tailored care packages.

Cost of service
• Local Authority funded (spot purchase): Funded by Sandwell MBC, following a social care assessment. There is no direct cost to the individual if they qualify for LA-funded care. • Direct payments: Individuals who receive a direct payment from their Local Authority can use their personal budget to fund JK Healthcare's services directly. • NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC): Fully funded by the NHS for individuals who meet the CHC eligibility criteria. No cost to the individual. • Private / self-funded: For individuals who arrange and pay for their own care. Rates are available on request, please contact us directly for a personalised quote based on the level of support required.
