Referral route
For people who want to move into Accord Village properties and who have no current care needs, applications should be made through the councils choice based lettings process. For those with Care needs who want to move into Accord Village properties, referrals come through a social worker. When care and support services are delivered to people who live outside of Village properties, people will be able to self refer or will be referred through a social worker.
