Sandwell Outreach Recovery Team (SORT) provides floating support to people who have experienced problems with their mental health and who are living within the borough of Sandwell.
SORT provides the service across the borough of Sandwell.
Who is the service for?
People who have experienced mental health problems. Must be a resident in Sandwell, must have some form of mental ill health, must be aged 18-65, must be capable of living independently in the community (providing suitable support is made available), must be willing to engage with the service and with the support.
