Culturally sensitive service to help reduce health inequalities in South Asian people by delivering a range of health promotion and health improvement initiatives. These include targeted activities as well as health awareness sessions and events focused on coronary heart disease, diabetes, mental health and cancers. The service also delivers physical activity sessions for South Asian groups.
