The Company’s objects are to promote the benefit of the residents of the borough of Sandwell in the West Midlands without distinction of age sex race political or religious or other opinions, in particular but not exclusively by associating the residents, local authorities and voluntary organisations in a common effort to advance education, protect health and relieve poverty or sickness and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving their conditions of life.
