Summary of services
Sandwell Community Dementia Service provides advice, information and support to people worried about their memory and those with a dementia diagnosis in Sandwell. The service is a partnership of 8 local voluntary sector organisations. We are working together to provide support all the way along the dementia pathway, as well as, helping to facilitate Dementia Friendly Communities in Sandwell.

Monday- Friday
Time details
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5pm. Friday 8.00 - 4.30pm. Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Connect offer extended hours, please call 0333 150 3456.
Remit
We will work with you to seek a clear diagnosis of your condition and help you to make informed decisions about the support and care you receive. The support provided by Sandwell Community Dementia Service is free to access and will be tailored to your individual needs, to enhance your wellbeing and provide coping strategies to assist you and your family throughout the dementia journey.
