Mytime Active Healthy Lifestyle Service:Who is it for?
The service is suitable for anyone who wants to lose weight / get more active – and is available to individuals or families. You have to live or have a GP in Sandwell to access our service.
What’s involved?
First of all you will have a one to one assessment with a Healthy Lifestyle Specialist. Together you will discuss your diet and current physical activity levels; we will also measure your height and weight. We will then sign post you to:
Our healthy lifestyle packages with a weigh in, nutrition discussion and exercise session (free for 16 weeks).
Various leisure centres and gyms such as Sandwell Leisure Trust, the YMCA gym and the gym at Oldbury Academy whereby we have discounts available.
Local exercise classes, and other weight management groups including slimming world.
Alongside this, we provide one to one buddy support to help you reach your goal. We can support you for up to a minimum of 16 weeks.
