Summary of services
Stoneleigh House is a small residential service for young adults providing transitional care to people with learning disabilities, Challenging Behaviour and Autism in a safe and homely environment. Each person is supported with their personal care and daily living tasks, as required. Each person is also supported to participate in a range of activities within the home and in the wider community. Stoneleigh also provides Respite care on a need led basis.
