Summary of services
Our services focus on promoting recovery, wellbeing and greater independence. At Creative Support we understand that no two people are the same, so all of our services are unique just like our service users. Everyone supported by us has a personalised care plan which outlines their goals and how they would like to receive their care. This plan is developed through discussion with the service users, it is frequently reviewed and updated. We recently asked some of our service users how their support has benefited them, they said it had helped them to build confidence, become more independent, make new friends and to gain a greater understanding of things.
When are the services run?
7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Depending on the person's support needs.
