Summary of services
We provide care and support to adults of all ages, especially people with learning and/or physical disabilities, who live with family, in their own homes or in shared tenancies. The service includes assisting individuals with personal care such as: washing and bathing; dressing and undressing; eating and drinking, managing medication. We also provide support to carry out daily living tasks such as: cooking, shopping; establishing social contacts and participating in activities and, if requested, accompanying people to appointments.
