We support adults with learning disabilities to live safely and as independently as possible within the community. The service is able to provide a pathway of care and support in a shared residential setting and in single occupancy self contained flat that are registered with CQC. The Location is perfect for individuals hoping to build on their social and community life. There are excellent transport links with nearby bus and train stops with a regular bus route to the city centre of West Bromwich. Staff at West Park are trained to a high standard, having either completed or are working towards the QCF diploma level 2 and 3 and have specific challenging behaviour training through our in-house Autism Champion and behavioural specialist
