The centre provides a valuable community facility providing a wide range of services. Advice - benefit, housing, and immigration advice (level 1 OISC provider). Health development, information and awareness programmes to combat heart disease, stopping smoking etc. Women's development work to empower women. For young people there is the family learning programme and educational attainment programme which is delivered at the centre, in the home, at schools and libraries. Employments support - building confidence, help with CV writing and interviews. Play scheme and summer school. Youth clubs offering table tennis, football, trips out and training. ESOL and other courses plus leisure/hobby groups e.g. sewing. Lunch club drop-in for older people once a week.
