We know how important parents and carers are. We want to tell you what's going on in Sandwell and where you can go to get help and support if you need it.

Here you will find information about organisations and links to useful websites offering support on a variety of family issues, such as bullying, parenting, housing and legal matters and support for young people.

Benefits and financial support - Information about the benefits you could be entitled to including housing benefit, council tax benefit, education benefits as well as where to get advice and support.

Births, marriages, deaths - Find out about how to register a birth and death and about weddings and civil partnerships.

Bullying - Information about bullying and what to do if you think your child is being bullied.

Childcare - Find out about the different types of childcare, how to find local childcare, free childcare places for two, three and four-year-olds and working in childcare.

Child protection - Find out what to do if you suspect or believe a child is suffering or is likely to suffer significant harm, including any form of mistreatment or abuse.
