Information for childcare providers

The Sandwell Quality Early Years and Childcare Team provides a range of services for providers of childcare in the borough, including:

  • Annual Training Programme
  • Information and support to access further and higher education opportunities
  • Pre Ofsted and support visits
  • Information, advice and guidance regarding quality standards and initiatives
  • Safeguarding information and advice
  • Business sustainability advice and guidance
  • Setting up or expanding your childcare business
  • Foundation Stage learning and development
  • Equality and inclusion   

Provider Corner

You can use Provider Corner to:

  • Update your settings details via My Account for example, add or change how many vacancies you have, costs, opening times, contact details etc
  • Access the Early Years Provider Portal to input your ELT, NEF and 30 hours childcare funding figures and information 
  • Access the Early Years Training Portal
  • Access Provider News - Includes information that we feel is relevant to you as providers for example:  The Early Years and Childcare newsletter, privacy notices, Childcare Celebration Event Information etc.
