Public Transport Conference and Transport Users' Forums
Have your say on public transport
Do you want to make a comment or suggestion about buses, rail or the Metro?
Centro runs a series of Partner Engagement Group (PEG) meetings across the West Midlands throughout the year.
The Black Country PEG will meet four times a year during the months of September, December, March and July. The meetings will be held on Tuesdays starting at 6pm and rotate between Sandwell, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Dudley council offices.
In addition to PEG meetings, Sandwell Council hosts an annual Public Transport Conference to give members of the public the chance to make their views known on the quality of public transport.
The Public Transport Conference is a one-day event that usually takes place during March (dates vary) at the Council Chamber of Sandwell Council House in Oldbury.
The event, which is free to attend, includes updates from bus, rail and Metro operators on their progress and future plans. Issues such as accessibility, reliability and the cost of fares are discussed and the public is able to put their questions to a panel.
A report from the conference, that took place on Tuesday 29 March 2012, has been produced. It contains a summary of the event.
