Higher Level Apprenticeships

At Sandwell we’re always working towards a better future, and our vision for 2030 shows just how ambitious we are.

To make this vision a reality, we need people who are like-minded, who want to be the best they possibly can be, and our Higher Apprenticeships aim to do just that.

Whether you’re looking at taking the next steps in your career, returning to the workplace and want to learn new skills, or have decided to take a different career path, our Higher Apprenticeship will help you to reach your full potential, whilst earning a competitive salary at any point in your life!
Higher Level Apprenticeships are at levels 4-7, the equivalent foundation degree and possibly progressing to a bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree.

We want you to succeed, so you’ll need to show us that you’re capable and willing to complete your studies alongside your work responsibilities.

If you’re looking for an alternative to studying at university or college, with the bonus of no fees or debts, then our Higher Apprenticeship is for you!

This will give you the opportunity to build on your current work experience and qualifications, within a supportive environment that balances learning and on-the-job training.

Higher level apprenticeships are generally for people aged over 18 who have already got A levels, or an NVQ level 3 or those progressing from a level 3 (advanced) apprenticeship.
