There are many opportunities for you to be active throughout Sandwell and one of those is to join a local sports club.
The variety of clubs cater for a range of people and abilities from beginners through to advanced.
Taking part in activities organised by sports clubs is a great way to get fit as well as an opportunity to meet lots of new people. Health professionals recommend that all adults take part in at least 30 minutes of physical activity 5 times a week to stay healthy. So, joining a sports club is a great way to work towards your 5 x 30.
