What is mental wellbeing?
Mental wellbeing describes how you are feeling, and how well you are coping with day-to-day life. Our wellbeing can change from one day to the next, month to month and year to year.

Sandwell's feel good 6 is our campaign to promote positive wellbeing. We have six ways, that are actions people can take, to improve their wellbeing. Find out more about Sandwell's feel good 6 here.
Sandwell Health and Wellbeing Board
The Board work together to improve health and wellbeing in Sandwell. They have regular events and meetings, which members of the public are invited to attend. You can find more about the Board, and even watch videos from events here.
Wellbeing Hub
The Wellbeing Hub offers information and support to Sandwell residents. They offer support on the following things:
- improving confidence
- dealing with stress
- relaxation techniques
- grief and loss
- long term health conditions
- food and mood
- feeling happier within yourself
