What do I do if my bin hasn't been emptied?
What do I do if my green garden waste bin wasn’t emptied because it was overfull?
Sorry we don’t empty bins where they are too full for the lid to close. Please take out some of the garden waste so that the bin lid will close and put your bin out for your next weekly collection.
If you regularly have extra garden waste you can do the following:
- Take this to the Household Recycling Centre in Oldbury
- Ask a neighbour if you can put it in their bin on this occasion
- Store the garden waste until your garden waste bin is emptied and then put it in your empty bin
- Buy an additional garden waste bin, which costs £41.00
