Our Disability Day Opportunities service gives people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities the opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills and take part in community activities.
You must have a care and support assessment before you can access these services.
What do we offer?

Community engagement service
The Community Engagement Service offers support in the community for adults with disabilities in Sandwell, to help enable people to live as independently as possible. The service is run from two venues: West Bromwich Town Hall and The Portway Lifestyle Centre.
