Corporate Customer

The Corporate Customer service area, led by Helen Green, sits within the Asistant Chief Executive Directorate and delivers key ‘front door’ channels that enable residents and businesses in Sandwell to access the council’s services in a method that meets their needs as efficiently and effectively as possible. 

Sandwell has a diverse multi-cultural community, and our residents want to engage with us in a range of ways. Sandwell Council is committed to providing a high-quality modern customer service that is efficient and accessible to everyone who lives in or visits Sandwell.  

Our purpose is to put the customer at the heart of all that we do. However customers get in touch with us, we must always aim to consistently provide an excellent and efficient service. 

We want every contact to matter. 

We aim to give all our customers the best possible service and we have created a set of Customer Commitments and a Customer Experience Strategy to ensure we deliver this.
