The term co-production refers to a way of working where everybody works together on an equal basis to create a service or give support or come to a decision which works for them all.

Co-production is a sharing power between professionals and residents to plan, design and deliver support or services together.

It’s about recognising that everyone has an important contribution to make to improve the quality of life for people and communities.  – Think Local Act Personal (TLAP).
