Sandwell Council is working with Interclass Plc, to deliver 10 new council homes in West Bromwich, for affordable rent, with a mix of bungalows, 2- and 5-bedroom houses.
The project is currently on site and making good progress – with foundations having being poured and blockwork coming out of the ground.
The houses are due to be completed in March 2027.
