UDBS Staff and Colleagues today took part in a Customer Service based quiz, with a samosa and cake sale to raise funds for Sandwell’s Mayors charities Acorns Children’s Hospice and the British Polio Fellowship. Cakes were donated by Firkins Bakery in West Bromwich, among other donations from staff.
Eleven teams took part, testing staff’s knowledge of Customer Service. £204 has been raised, with donations still coming in!
